The formal prospectus inviting nominations and applications for consideration as Penn College’s eighth leader has been added to the Presidential Search website. The 19-page document prepared by Storbeck Search – selected to guide the college’s Presidential Search Committee in advancing a strong pool of candidates – outlines leadership opportunities for President Davie Jane Gilmour’s successor, as well as a list of essential qualifications and personal characteristics. Gilmour, who has served as Penn College’s president since 1998, announced in May that she will retire on June 30, 2022.
