Old Glory Returned to Flagpole After Storm-Damage Repairs

Cable repairs have flag flying again A crew from Allison Crane and Rigging rode to the top of the 120-foot flagpole near Penn College’s main entrance on Wednesday morning, repairing a cable that snapped during Friday’s ice storm. The college’s General Services staff hoisted the 30- by 60-foot American flag − part of the national Flags Across America initiative − shortly thereafter.
