For those wishing to improve their overall well-being and health, the North Campus of Pennsylvania College of Technology is offering a series of sessions in April that highlight the benefits of yoga, meditation and imagery. All three have been shown to contribute to positive change and an improved outlook on life.

The instructor for the noncredit Intro to Yoga/Meditation/Image course is Jenny Garrison, a registered nurse, certified Kripalu Yoga instructor and imagery guide, teacher, and workshop leader. She will lead participants in practices that will be catalysts for balance, health and skill at "tuning in" to what and who we are inside.

No previous experience is necessary, and participants will have a chance to explore and practice in the three areas. Comfortable clothing should be worn to the classes.

The sessions will be offered from 7 to 9 p.m. on Wednesdays, April 5-26. The cost is $40, and registration is required, since class size is limited.

For more information, or to register, contact the North Campus at (570) 724-7703.
