Dr. Edward (Ted) C. Nichols, assistant dean for Pennsylvania College of Technology's North Campus, has been nominated by the Combined Board of County Commissioners for Bradford, Sullivan, Susquehanna, Tioga and Wyoming counties to serve on the regional Workforce Investment Board.

The WIB provides leadership, oversight, resource coordination, and technical assistance for workforce development programs in response to regional needs. Activities include the newly established TEAM PA! CareerLink, Youth Councils, and other public education and training programs.
