New 'Commuter Pit Stops' to Provide Information, Entertainment

The Student Activities Office is introducing a new program: Commuter Pit Stops. This program is intended to provide opportunities for commuter students (but ALL students are welcome!) to pick up information about college programs and resources, as well as enjoy some entertainment.
Commuter Pit Stops will be held the first Tuesday of each month and each program will feature a different student organization or campus office, as well as various forms of entertainment.
The first Commuter Pit Stop is scheduled from 11 a.m.-4:30 p.m.Tuesday in The CoffeeHouse (CC, first floor). The Student Activities Office will have a display highlighting programs and services for students, and all students will have the chance to have a personalized, hand-drawn greeting card made. Free refreshments will be available.
Mark your calendar for Fall 2005 Commuter Pit Stops: Oct. 4, Nov. 1 and Dec. 6.
