Nearly 40 Pints Collected at Tuesday's Bloodmobile

    American Red CrossA total of 37 pints of blood were collected by the American Red Cross during Tuesday's visit to Penn's Inn, down somewhat due to a summer dip in student enrollment, but – because each unit potentially saves three lives – a beneficial turnout nonetheless. In addition to pizza and other treats, three donors won $25 Sheetz gift cards: Michael Hersh, Duane Keefer and Heidi Russell. The next campus Bloodmobile, a return to the two-day format, will be held Sept. 3-4.
