National Endowment for the Arts Chairman Dana Gioia, invited by U.S. Rep. Don Sherwood, toured the Madigan Library on Tuesday afternoon. During his trip to Williamsport, he also attended the season-opening performance of the Williamsport Symphony Orchestra and toured the James V. Brown Library and Community Arts Center.
