NEA Chair, Dignitaries Tour Madigan Library

Don Sherwood, toured the Madigan Library on Tuesday afternoon. During his trip to Williamsport, he also attended the season-opening performance of the Williamsport Symphony Orchestra and toured the James V. Brown Library and Community Arts Center.
