Myers Named PSUAC ‘Wrestler of the Week’

    Tyler MyersFor the second straight week, Penn College junior Tyler Myers (Centre Hall) has been named the Penn State University Athletic Conference Wrestler of the Week.  Myers went 3-0 on the week with three pins, defeating Penn State Greater Allegheny, Stony Brook University and West Chester University.  So far this season, Myers is leading the team with a 16-1 record that includes 12 pins.  The construction management major is nationally ranked by the National Collegiate Wrestling Association at fourth. Next up, Myers and the team travel to Lock Haven University for preliminary bouts on Saturday, Jan. 26, starting at 5 p.m.
