March 10 Services Set for Retired Dean

Ralph A. HorneServices will be Saturday, March 10, for Ralph A. Horne, retired dean of instructional support/outreach, who died Monday, Feb. 19, at the age of 75. The service will be at 11 a.m. that day at St. Mary’s White Chapel Episcopal Church in Lancaster, Virginia. A full obituary for Horne, who served Penn College (and its Williamsport Area Community College predecessor) from 1979 to 2001, was posted by the Currie Funeral Home and Crematory in Kilmarnock, Virginia.
