    Children sing with the help of Allie Weiler and her frog friends The Junk Band plays on recycled 'instruments' Alice "Allie" Weiler, who tunefully combines mirth and motivation through her music and video projects, paid a visit to the Children's Learning Center on Wednesday. An elementary-school counselor, Weiler is no stranger to Penn College: She performed at the CLC's 10th anniversary celebration in September 2004 and recently recruited students in the college's mass media communication major to assist with producing a new DVD series.
