Learning-Center Youngsters Visit College Gallery

The 'Bear Bunch' visits the Gallery at Penn College A group of children from the “Bear Bunch” at the Children’s Learning Center spent time in the Gallery at Penn College on Wednesday morning, viewing the current “Cynthia Harper: Applied Landscape” exhibit on the third floor of the Madigan Library. The bright colors and outdoors theme of the works were pleasing to the children, according to Penny G. Lutz, gallery assistant. Group leader Gail B. Landers brought along a book about art, Lutz added, and the children compared the images in the book to the works displayed on the walls of the gallery. ( Photo by Penny G.
