Guest speaker Dusty J. (Brooks) Zeyn, a military veteran who holds two diplomas from Penn College – an associate degree in legal assistant/paralegal (2004) and a bachelor's in legal assistant/paralegal studies (2005) – is Mansfield University's associate director of housing.

It was a big night for the Omega Delta Sigma veterans fraternity, represented for one of its many awards by Efrem K. Foster. Adding to the smiles is Allison A. Bressler, assistant director of student activities for programming and Greek life.

Last year's Adviser of the Year, the Penn College Motorsports Association's Christopher H. Van Stavoren, introduces the 2017-18 honoree. Beside him at the podium is Sal Vitko, assistant director of student activities for student organizations and orientation.
