Devin Ray Deihl, of Alexandria, scheduled to receive his associate degree at the college's May 14 morning commencement ceremony, was presented with the award by chapter President Brad Zeigler.

The annual honor, named for a well-respected Shamokin area land surveyor who died in 1994, honors a civil engineering technology or surveying technology graduate who has demonstrated academic achievement, leadership, extracurricular activity and professionalism.
