Kyle Klunk Named ‘Student-Athlete of the Week’


Kyle Klunk, of Hanover, a civil engineering technology major and a freshman point guard on the men’s basketball team, has been named Penn College’s “Student-Athlete of the Week” for Dec. 1-8. During a game Dec. 1at Penn State Greater Allegheny, Klunk hit a key 3-point basket with 35 seconds remaining to secure the Wildcats’ first Penn State University Athletic Conference win of the season. On Dec. 3 at Penn State Hazleton, he scored 10 points, handed out seven assists, forced two steals and committed no turnovers. Klunk is a graduate of New Oxford High School.
