(Bobby) Kerestes III joined students from four other institutions for the final collegiate event of the year: host Salve Regina University, The College of William and Mary, The University of Massachusetts and Brown University. Prieine brought home a silver medal in kata (forms), and bronze medals in both individual and team kumite (sparring). Dibble also earned bronze medals in the two kumite events. Not to be outdone, newcomers Bailey and Kerestes represented their school successfully. Kerestes brought home a bronze medal in team kumite, while Bailey took three bronze medals for individual and team kumite and individual kata. The club will finish the school year with an April 22 belt promotion on campus.
