Julie M. Reppert Named September's 'Student of the Month'

    Julie M. ReppertJulie M. Reppert, a senior mass media communication major from Lebanon, has been chosen as the Student Government Association's "Student of the Month" for September.

    Termed a "tremendous student leader," Reppert's involvement includes leadership roles with the Williamsport/Lycoming Chamber of Commerce "College Town" initiative and Phi Beta Lambda, a student business organization.


    She also serves the Student Government Association, Wildcat Events Board and Students in Free Enterprise, among others, and is on the staff of WPTC-FM, Penn College's student-run radio station.


    "Julie's hard work and ability to communicate in a professional manner have drastically affected this institution," her nominator wrote. "Her involvement in 'College Town' has allowed for the project to launch with success. Furthermore, her relentless commitment to PBL has given the executive board the ability to work with fluidity and effectiveness."
