Information Technology Services reminds faculty of its "bubble-test" scanning services and three stand-alone test scanners available across campus.

Faculty wishing to take advantage of ITS scanning services can bring completed General Purpose Answer sheets to the Computer Center (SASC, Room 2072) between 7 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. General Purpose Answer sheets can be obtained at the Computer Center, in school offices or by contacting Crystal Michael at ext. 4916 to requestthat theybe sent via interoffice mail.

Faculty wishing to scan their own tests can use a stand-alone OpScan scanner available at the following locations:

  • ATHS, Room E204; 8 a.m.-9:30 p.m.
  • ACC, Room 203; hours vary
  • LEC, Room A113; hours vary (Previously located in the library; locate science faculty, if necessary, to have door unlocked)

Basic directions for preparing the OpScan answer keys and scanning test sheets are available from the ITS Document Library, as are instructions for OpScan advanced features. OpScan test sheets are available near each stand-alone scanner.
