Summer brings many changes at Penn College, prompting Information Technology Services to issue a pair of informative "Tech Tips" for the campus community:
Moving Computers When moving computers, please contact the Help Desk at ext. 7329. Even if you don't need help moving the computer, you still need to call the help desk so inventory records can be updated. This also applies if the computer is staying in the same location, but personnel is changing.
New Phone SystemITS has upgraded the phone system for the Help Desk, giving it a new sound and feel. The new system will enable us to give better service and evaluate the needs of the college. Listen carefully when dialing in, as the menu options have changed, and please be patient as the system is tweaked for better performance.
