    In accord with regulations covering federal contractors, Penn College extends an invitation to employees with disabilities, disabled veterans and veterans of the Vietnam Era to self-identify. If you did not receive copies of the "Invitation to Qualified Individuals with Disabilities to Self-Identify" and "Invitation to Qualified Disabled Veterans and Veterans of the Vietnam Era to Self-Identify" at the time you were hired or rehired by the college, you can access the text of the invitations at your convenience at the links above.
