A revised participation plan for the Williamsport Area Transportation Study, defining the procedures for public involvement in the transportation decision-making process, is subject to review through Dec. 30. A draft of the plan, prepared by the WATS Metropolitan Planning Organization, is available online or at the Lycoming County Department of Planning & Community Development on the third floor of Executive Plaza, 330 Pine St. Members of the public, including the Penn College community, are invited to submit comments to Sal Vitko, transportation planner, or by phone at 570-320-2140.
