In Change of Pace, Students Deliver to Pizzeria

    Joe's Pizza named students' "Best Pick" Following up on a "Best Pizza" competition held in conjunction with Fall Fiesta, Penn College's community and commuter assistants – students who act as liaisons for their off-campus colleagues – presented a plaque and balloons Wednesday to the winner: Joe's Pizza, along nearby West Third Street. Joining four of the restaurant's employees for a celebratory photo are, from left, Samantha L. Gerardi, commuter assistant; Katherine P. Wyleszik, community assistant; and Nicholas A. Repella, community assistant. Additional "Penn College Best Pick" contests are possible, including the spring selection of students' favorite local spot for chicken wings.
