Student Robert G. Steward demonstrates for Jacqueline Lewandoski, host of WNEP's 'Home and Backyard,' how to make a vegetable terrineAfter pre-emption by the Penn State-Michigan football telecast last weekend, students from Penn College's School of Hospitality are scheduled to be featured on WNEP-TV's "Home and Backyard" program this Saturday. The film crew visited Penn College in September to film the students, who demonstrated how to make a grilled-vegetable terrine. The segment features Robert G. Steward of Williamsport, a sophomore in the culinary arts major. Also filmed were Justin E. Graff, Linesville, and Christopher R. Grove, Linden, also sophomores in the program. Students Christine L. Faherty, Wantage, N.J., and Rachel S. Hall, Altoona, both former "You're the Chef" interns, wrote a script for Steward and helped to direct the shoot. The show airs at 7 p.m. on WNEP-TV, although the local ABC affiliate cautions that the schedule is subject to change.
