Hospitality Students Promote Products at Bakery 'Trade Show'

Each student chose a product to promote for his or her bakery at a "Trade Show," presenting samples of their products, along with packaging and promotional materials. Participants were Jenna A. Barton, "Tiramisu to Go;" Gabrielle E. Bricker, "Skinny Cookies;" Brittany M. Ellis, "Mini Cupcakes;" Chelsea A. Igo, "Gluten-Free Banana Bundt Cake;" Jessica N. Kitzmiller, "Banana Bread;" Christina G. Kramkowski, "Cinnamon Truffles;" Samantha L. Liedtka, "Cake Balls;" Elizabeth McLenigan, "Centerpiece Cake;" Emily M. Mead, "Assorted Truffles;" Trent S. Musheno, "Stuffed Baguettes;" Allison K. Myers, "Decorated Cookie Favors;" Chelsea D. Saam, "Strawberry Lemonade Cupcakes;" Abigail L. Schuler, "The Teakettle's Song Cream Scones;" and Thomas A. Yost, "Martha Washington's Lemon Poppyseed Cake."
