Alumnus Shawn Sidey, who graduated in 1996 with degrees in food and hospitality management and in culinary arts, returned to campus Monday to present to classes in the School of Hospitality. Sidey, roasting supervisor for the Starbucks plant in York, offered demonstrations and coffee tastings and talked with students about Starbucks, his work there and how his career has progressed. Sidey also provided coffee for the college’s recent 20th Anniversary Visiting Chef Dinner, which featured School of Hospitality alumni. Photo by Michael S. Fischer, student photographer
