Industry employees from far and wide converged in Penn College’s Plastics Manufacturing Center on Tuesday and Wednesday, as the Rotational Molding Center of Excellence held its third hands-on workshop. A renowned technical resource, the course blends classroom training with practical experience on top-level machinery in the Breuder Advanced Technology and Health Sciences Center. With the help of PMC personnel and equipment in the college’s plastics and polymer laboratories, supervisory employees as well as lead operators, technicians and engineers focused on the connections among material preparation, molding and final-part quality.
