Grower's Market Provides Venue for 'Chef' Exhibition

    Jennifer R. McHenry Chef Paul E. Mach Christine L. Faherty School of Hospitality students and "You're the Chef" production coordinators Jennifer R. McHenry of Lock Haven (far left) and Christine L. Faherty of Wantage, N.J., joined Chef Paul E. Mach at the Williamsport Outdoor Grower's Market on Saturday for a cooking demonstration. Gathering their raw materials from the regional merchants on hand − ingredients ranging from elk sausage and strawberries to honey and swiss chard − the trio prepared a variety of dishes for the crowd's obvious enjoyment.
