In the spirit of humanity, hand to hand helping Haiti, the Penn College Energy Conservation Subcommittee and Earth911 ask the campus community to consider these simple and effective ways to aid the recovery through recycling: 1. Donate your old laptop. In Haiti, there isn't a reliable power source and there are transportation issues. InterConnection.org, working with World Concern, will provide prepaid shipping. 2. Send in your used cellphone to ReCellular, which will donate full value of the phone to the Red Cross.
