Jason Hopple, who received a degree in hospitality management from Penn College in 2000, returned to speak with students in Introduction to Hospitality courses on Monday. Hopple is beverage director for North End Grill, an American bar and grill in Manhattan. He offered insight into the restaurant industry in New York, including the process of opening and growing a new restaurant, and answered student questions.
