School counselors from across the region visited campus on Thursday for the Outreach for K-12 Office’s semiannual College and Career Readiness Conference. The counselors toured academic areas, where they learned about the rigors and requirements of the programs as well as job prospects for graduates. They also participated in round-table discussions on a variety of topics including financial aid and nontraditional careers and attended a session on the “Getting Them There” website the Outreach for K-12 Office developed with PHEAA.
