'Good Morning, Penn College' Premieres in PDC

    Ready for her closeup (and shielded by sunglasses from publicity's glare) is Debra M. Miller, interviewed by James F. Finkler during Tuesday morning's first 'Good Morning, Penn College' program. With the glitz and glamour of a Hollywood awards show, "Good Morning, Penn College" an initiative to familiarize the college community with the people and responsibilities in offices campuswide kicked off Tuesday in the PDC's Mountain Laurel Room. The stars of the Institutional Advancement staff strode a red carpet amid a paparazzo's camera flash, detailing their various duties in support of the college's mission. Interviewed by Master of Ceremonies James F. Finkler, annual giving officer, were Barbara A. Danko, director of alumni relations; Becky J. Shaner, alumni relations assistant; Joann Kay, executive director of the Penn College Foundation; Myra K. Shaffer, institutional advancement/foundation assistant; Debra M. Miller, director of corporate relations; Barry R. Stiger, vice president for institutional advancement; and Marilyn L. Palmer, secretary to the vice president for institutional advancement.
