Madigan Library shared its Gold Star achievement with the Penn College community on Wednesday, serving cookies and brownies alongside confirmation of its successful climb in the PA Forward Star Library program. “The Madigan,” the first academic library in Pennsylvania to reach the top level, will soon mark its 12th anniversary as a campus center of resources and relaxation.
