    The Gallery at Penn College will host a digital photo stitching workshop with one of this semester's featured gallery artists, Gary Mesa-Gaido, on Feb. 16. Mesa-Gaido, professor of art at Moorehead (Ky.) State University, will teach participants to digitally stitch a series of photographs together to create a cohesive, panoramic image.
