Setser's work features large installations primarily composed of handmade and industrial felts printed with traditional processes, such as etching, relief and screen printing.

The installations reference landscape and architectural phenomena such as grottoes and cave formations and incorporate debris and plants. Relationships between humans, animals and the environment are addressed in the work, along with the ideas of ritual, religion and ecological concerns.

Setser is an assistant professor of printmaking at Herron School of Art and Design at Indiana University-Purdue University Indianapolis. Along with printmaking, she teaches felt-making workshops throughout the United States.

She holds a Master of Fine Arts from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Herron School of Art and Design.

The gallery will host a gallery talk and Meet the Artist Reception with Setser on May 19. Setser's gallery talk begins at noon, and the reception will take place from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m., with artist's comments at 5:30.

Through May, the gallery is open Saturday and Sunday, 1 to 4 p.m.; Tuesday and Thursday, 2 to 8 p.m.; and Wednesday and Friday, 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. The gallery will be closed Memorial Day Weekend, May 28-30.

Beginning June 1 and throughout the summer, the gallery is open Tuesday through Friday, 11 a.m. to 5 p.m., and Sunday, 1 to 4 p.m. (closed Saturday and Monday). All exhibits are free and open to the public.
