A soothing trickle over the rocks General Services's handiwork Fountain adds to building's impressiveness Designed by Penn College's General Services staff, a fountain adds a touch of woodland beauty to the Roger and Peggy Madigan Library. Fed by a tank of recirculated water and surrounded by landscaped greenery, the fountain features waterfalls over mountain stone. The library is scheduled to open in mid-August, with a public dedication Sept. 12.
