Fountain Heightens Library’s Attractiveness

A soothing trickle over the rocks General Services's handiwork Fountain adds to building's impressiveness Designed by Penn College’s General Services staff, a fountain adds a touch of woodland beauty to the Roger and Peggy Madigan Library. Fed by a tank of recirculated water and surrounded by landscaped greenery, thefountain features waterfalls over mountain stone.
