    Foam generator allows alternate use of outdoor hoops court.

    A foam dance party, organized by Penn College's Student Activities Office and featuring entertainment by Flip-It DJ's, was held from 8-11 p.m. Saturday on the basketball courts alongside the Field House. After a few electrical glitches, the party took off – with about 60 students attending the event.
