Quality Through AssessmentPenn College's academic deans have identified five faculty members who have crafted successful learning-outcomes activities that warrant replication. Their "best practices" are presented as abstracts on the Quality Through Assessment Web site. Faculty are encouraged to consult by e-mail with their identified colleagues John R.
