Five Baseball Wildcats Named to USCAA All-Academic Team

Penn College WildcatsFive Penn College baseball student-athletes made the grade as they were named to the United States Collegiate Athletic Association All-Academic Team. The team, announced at the championship banquet, is comprised of players that have a 3.5 cumulative GPA or higher and are academically a sophomore or above. Earning their way onto the team for the Wildcats were juniors Cody and Zachary Buterbaugh (Conestoga) and sophomores Travis Hendershot (Muncy), James Scully III (Middletown, Del.) and Zachary Yetter (Thompsontown). Penn College still has some season left as it defeated No. 2 Clark State Community College on Tuesday to stay alive in the USCAA Small College World Series in Butler.
