Fitness Center Purchases Upper-Body Power Trainer

Kristi L. Hammaker, Fitness Center supervisor, demonstrates new equipment Penn College’s Fitness Center has acquired a SCIFIT Upper Body Power Trainer, whichcombines electronic and mechanical technologies to provide physically challenged individuals with the benefits of physical exercise. The Upper Body Power Trainer is a stand-alone aerobic and arm-strengthening exerciser that can display the user’s distance, time and calories.
