Fenton Men’s Basketball ‘Player of the Week’ in USCAA, PSUAC

Sophomore guard Scott Fenton (Dickson City) has been named the United States Collegiate Athletic Association and Penn State University Athletic Conference Player of the Week for the period ending Nov. 25.  In the team’s only game of the week, against Division III Alfred University, Fenton scored a season-high 27 points and led his team to its first win of the season, 61-53.  This is Fenton’s first time receiving the honor this season. Fenton is averaging 14.4 points per game so far this season, ranking him 10th in the PSUAC.  In his rookie campaign, he led Penn College in scoring and was a PSUAC All-Conference Honorable Mention. Fenton and the Wildcats host Penn State Hazleton at 8 p.m. Wednesday.
