Fall 'FIESTA' Draws Crowd to Sun-Splashed Campus Mall

Mitchell helps a visitor at the Madigan Library table, where goodies ranged from fruit and candy to memo pads and bookmarks Sombreros and sunshine mix for the Fall Fiesta, bringing a Tuesday afternoon crowd to the campus mall Held outside for the first time in its three-year history, the Student Activities Office's Fall FIESTA (Friends, Involvement, Employment & Socializing on a Tuesday Afternoon) brought two hours of fun and informational activity to Penn College. The event, formerly called the Student Organization and Involvement Fair, provides an opportunity for interaction with campus, church and community organizations, as well as a number of student-centered college offices. Free food, music and a variety of giveaways not to mention abundant sunshine drew a stream of visitors to display tables that lined the sidewalks outside the LEC.
