Mohney arrived to help prepare for this weekend's Friends of the James V. Brown Library Spring Book Sale. Three hours later, they had helped move and place 550 boxes of books from the third floor of the library's Welch Family Wing to spaces in Christ Episcopal Church one block east. Volunteering with the Friends of the James V. Brown Library has been a tradition among Penn College's student-athletes and their coaches since 2018. After a Thursday "Friends Preview Night," the sale runs from 9 a.m.-7 p.m. Friday and 9 a.m.-3 p.m. Saturday at the 426 Mulberry St. church.
