Ethnic Cooking Featured at 'Brown-Bag Lunch'

    "Hummus in a Hurry − An Introduction to Ethnic Cooking by Chef Paul Mach," will be the Brown Bag Lunch program presented Wednesday, Sept. 20, at the Pennsylvania College of Technology Library.

    The library is sponsoring the event, which begins at 12:15 p.m., in cooperation with the College's International Programs Office and the School of Hospitality. Samples of the ethnic fare will be available for those attending the lunch.

    Mach, an assistant professor of food and hospitality management/culinary arts at Penn College, is co-host of the College's popular "You're the Chef" television program broadcast on public television.
