Twenty-eight pints were collected during Monday’s Bloodmobile visit to the Schneebeli Earth Science Center, the American Red Cross reports. As each pint of blood benefits three people, a total of 84 patients will be helped by the fall collection. Dennis F. Ringling, lead forestry professor in the School of Transportation & Natural Resources Technologies, coordinated the blood drive; another visit will be scheduled for mid-March.
