“Before you recycle, reuse!” urges Penn College’s Energy Conservation Subcommittee in this week’s “green tip.” Here are 10 top ways to reuse a plastic bucket: 1. Build a snowman or sand castle. 2. Tote your shower necessities. 3. Use as a planter. 4. Hold your makeup. 5. Organize desk supplies. 6. Start a tool “box.” 7. Store CDs. 8. Hand wash clothes. 9. Keep snacks collected. 10. Save your change.
