    Connie RiceMany Penn College employees are adding their support to the Madigan Library Campaign. One is Connie Rice, documentand delivery resource sharing specialist at the Penn College Library. "The library is an integral part of the learning experience. Our new library will have more resources, more computers and more study areas than ever and will offer services that support all students, regardless of their program of study."
