Pennsylvania College of Technology has presented student achievement awards to its May 2015 graduates. More than 900 students petitioned to graduate at the conclusion of the spring semester, and three commencement ceremonies were held May 15-16 at the Community Arts Center, Williamsport. Penn College is a special mission affiliate of The Pennsylvania State University.
