Samantha-Jo M. Bradley, a baking and pastry arts major from Middlebury Center, has been chosen as the Student of the Month at Pennsylvania College of Technology. Bradley, who anticipates graduating in May, is a member and secretary of the Penn College Diners Club and serves as a Community Assistant for students in off-campus housing.
