Pennsylvania College of Technology will hold a commencement ceremony Saturday, Aug. 6, for more than 230 students who have petitioned to graduate after the college’s summer sessions. The ceremony will begin at 11 a.m. in the Community Arts Center, 220 W. Fourth St., Williamsport.
