A Baltimore-based heavy-equipment industry association has established a new scholarship fund at Pennsylvania College of Technology. The Mid-Atlantic Equipment Management Association Scholarship Fund will provide an annual award of $1,500 for a full-time student who has completed at least two semesters in Penn College’s heavy construction equipment technology-technician emphasis associate-degree major.
