Pennsylvania College of Technology will hold a commencement ceremony on Saturday, Dec. 19, for the more than 350 students who have petitioned to graduate following the Fall 2009 semester. The ceremony will begin at 11 a.m. in the Community Arts Center, 220 W. Fourth St., Williamsport.
